Call Center Agent – Solar Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram Department: Solar Operations / Customer Support Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years Working Days: 6 Days a Week Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ## Job Overview We are looking for a Customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our Solar Operations and Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ## Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Respond to customer queries related to solar products and services. Generate, identify, and qualify potential leads for the Sales team. Coordinate and schedule site visits, installations, and service appointments. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions. Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required. Maintain accurate customer information and interaction details in the CRM system. Follow up with customers regarding queries, service requests, and pending requirements. Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for timely resolution of customer issues. Maintain required productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Follow company processes and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain proper records and timely updates of leads and customer interactions. ## Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and customer-handling abilities.



Good active listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Experience working with LeadSquared will be preferred. Ability to handle multiple customer interactions and tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment. Good follow-up and coordination skills. ## Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Call Center, BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or a similar role. Candidates with relevant customer-facing experience will be preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week. ## Language Skills Candidates with proficiency in any of the following languages are preferred: English | Hindi | Kannada | Malayalam | Tamil Multilingual candidates will be preferred for handling customers across different regions. ## Preferred Candidate Profile Customer-focused and skilled approach. Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls. Strong follow-up and lead-generation capabilities. Basic understanding of CRM systems.
