Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through cold calling
- Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Providing after-sales support
- Cross-selling & up-selling products
- Updating call records and customer details
- Coordinating with the sales team / no pressure
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication & convincing skills
- Basic tele-calling and sales knowledge
- MS Office knowledge (Word & Excel)
- Hindi and basic English proficiency preferred
- Positive and target-oriented attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
