We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Real Estate Sales Team and be the voice that drives our growth!

In Telesales, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from our database.
- Pitch real estate projects with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Conduct cold calls to identify and convert recent leads.
- Schedule and coordinate client visits to our office or project sites.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in telecalling or telemarketing (real estate industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections with a positive mindset.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude.

Education:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
