Sales Executive – Furniture &

- Interior

- Generate new leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, social media, references, and field visits.

- Contact potential customers and understand their furniture and interior requirements.

- Make regular outbound calls and follow up with new and existing leads.

- Explain company products, furniture designs, specifications, pricing, and services to customers.

- Arrange customer meetings and site visits whenever required.

- Coordinate with the design team for measurements, designs, and quotations.

- Prepare and share quotations with customers and follow up until order confirmation.

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding quotation, order, payment, and delivery.

- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed orders.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, customer requirements, and follow-up status.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation &

- Telecalling:

- Generate qualified leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, social media, references, and field visits.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.





- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable furniture or interior solutions.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with current and existing leads.

Customer Handling &

- Sales

- Explain furniture products, designs, specifications, pricing, and services.

- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budgets.

- Arrange customer meetings and site visits as required.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Convert enquiries and qualified leads into confirmed orders.

Quotation &

- Order Coordination

- Coordinate with the design team for measurements, designs, and quotations.

- Prepare and share quotations with customers.

- Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.

- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

Records &

- Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, customer requirements, quotations, and orders.

- Track follow-up status and customer interactions.

- Ensure timely follow-up regarding quotation, order, payment, and delivery.

- Work toward achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
