? Position Details:

? What You'll Do:

- Connect with inbound leads through phone calls and convert them into customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable astrology services.
- Follow up with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate customer consultations with astrologers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track daily sales activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless sales experience.




- Achieve sales targets while contributing to the company's growth.

? Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Master's student/graduate from any discipline.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or sales is an advantage, and candidates with 6 months to 1 year are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in startups, wellness, or astrology is a bonus.
