NTHE ROLE
nAs a Tele Sales Executive, you will:
N Connect with online & offline leads
N Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wellness programs
N Build customer trust and strong relationships
N Handle objections and convert leads into sales
N Follow up through calls, WhatsApp & SMS

Tele Sales Executive
N Location: A-812, Ratnaakar Nine Square, Opp. ITC Hotel, Ahmedabad – 380015
N Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
N Working Days: Monday to Saturday
N Weekly Off: Sunday
N Work Mode: Full-Time | Work From Office
N Calling Target: 350 calls/day
N Talk Time Target: 4 hours/day
N Login Time: 9 hours/day
NWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
N6 months – 3 years of Tele Sales / Inside Sales experience
N Strong communication skillsin Hindi and/or English
N Confident & persuasive communication style
N Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
N Ability to handle rejectionpositively
N Basic computer/CRM knowledge
N Positive attitude and willingness to learn
N Strong desire to grow and earn through performance
NTRAINING & PROBATION
nThe first month will be a structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) period covering product, process and science-based training.
NCandidates will undergo mock calling and practical assessments during training.
NPlease note: The role follows the company's HR policies and terms of employment. The initial employment and training period will be subject to successful completion of the required assessments and company evaluation.
