In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers over phone calls, understanding their requirements, providing the right information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

We are looking for people who can communicate naturally, confidently, and professionally. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, especially in both English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Communicate with customers in fluent English and Hindi
- Understand customer requirements and respond appropriately
- Follow up with customers as required
- Maintain accurate call and customer interaction records

- Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Explicit pronunciation and strong listening skills
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to understand conversations and respond appropriately
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
