We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Agent to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products, features, pricing, and offers clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.

Coordinate with the sales team for successful order conversion.

Build positive and professional relationships with customers.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.





Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of Bengali will be an advantage.

Target-oriented and confident personality.
