Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Jaipur. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective students, institutions, and partners to promote Capacita Connect’s programs and services, explain course offerings, and generate interest in digital skilling solutions.

Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, qualifying leads,



scheduling appointments or follow-up calls, and updating call records in the CRM system. The role involves answering questions, providing clear information on training programs and certifications, and maintaining a courteous and qualified tone in all interactions. The Telemarketer will work closely with the sales and operations teams to support enrollment targets and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective phone conversations and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive caller experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, promote programs, and support enrollment and revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to organize follow-ups, demos, and meetings efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or calling software are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, meet daily call targets, and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th grade) or equivalent
