Progenesis IVF is looking for a qualified and patient-focused BAMS/BHMS Doctor to join our Telemedicine team at our Thane Head Office.
The candidate will be responsible for providing telephonic/online medical consultations, understanding patient concerns, providing appropriate medical guidance, and coordinating with the relevant clinical team whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic/online consultations with patients.
- Understand patient medical history, symptoms, and concerns.
- Provide appropriate medical advice and guidance within the scope of practice.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up requirements to patients.
- Address patient queries related to fertility and reproductive healthcare as per company protocols.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient consultation records.
- Coordinate with consultants, specialists, and internal clinical teams when required.
- Ensure a high standard of patient communication and experience.
- Follow all company policies, clinical protocols, and documentation standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle medical information responsibly.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients as advised.
Eligibility Criteria
- BAMS or BHMS degree is compulsory.
- Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good patient-handling and counselling skills.
- Comfortable with telephonic/online consultations.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Freshers can also be considered.
Working Hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
