Job Summary: We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents, explain our courses and career opportunities, generate interest, and support the admissions team through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads and enquiry databases. Attend incoming enquiry calls and provide relevant information. Explain courses, course duration, eligibility, fees, offers and career opportunities.

Understand the student's requirements, interests and career goals. Generate counselling appointments and walk-in visits. Follow up with prospective students regularly through calls and WhatsApp. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and enquiry status.

Update lead information in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM. Coordinate with the Career Counsellor and Admissions Team. Inform students about workshops, seminars, events and admission offers. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission-support targets.

Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports. Maintain professional and polite communication with students and parents.

Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Good convincing and follow-up abilities. Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette. Ability to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi and English . Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work with targets and deadlines. Qualification &

Experience: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in telecalling, education counselling, sales or customer service will be preferred. Freshers with valuable communication and convincing skills can also apply.
