Key Responsibilities Monitor and track vehicles on a real-time basis using GPS or driver coordination Regularly follow up with drivers to get accurate location updates Provide timely shipment status updates to clients (loading, in transit, unloading) Report delays, issues, or exceptions immediately to the concerned team Maintain daily tracking reports in Excel or company software Coordinate effectively between drivers, clients, and internal team Ensure timely collection of POD (Proof of Delivery) Handle night tracking duties if required ? ??
