Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about products/services. Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful business opportunities.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain robust customer relationships. Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt assistance. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.

Candidates with prior telecalling, telesales, customer service or sales experience will have an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Energetic, self-motivated and target-oriented. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
