About the Role We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Associate to join our real estate sales team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential buyers generated through our digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.). Your core mission will be to understand buyer requirements, present our flagship residential developments, and successfully book high-conversion site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with, qualify, and follow up on high-intent inbound digital campaign leads.
- Understand prospective client requirements, including property preferences, budget brackets, and timelines.
- Pitch project USPs, architectural features, pricing structures, payment plans, and location advantages.
- Book and confirm qualified site visits for our on-ground sales teams.
- Maintain call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules systematically within the CRM and spreadsheets.
- Re-engage warm and cold prospects across the sales pipeline to maximize site walk-ins.




- Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover and lead conversion tracking.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, inside sales, or outbound lead qualification (Experience in Real Estate or high-ticket sales is strongly preferred).
- Communication: Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory; regional languages are an added advantage.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce, Bitrix24) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Core Competencies: Confident telephone manner, active listening skills, negotiation ability, and a target-driven mindset.
- Schedule: Mandatory availability to work on Sundays (with a scheduled rotational weekday off).

Compensation & Perks
- Fixed monthly salary: Up to ¹70,000 (commensurate with background and performance history)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
