We are looking for a Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and support our sales and customer service efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers to explain products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call records
- Update customer details and call outcomes in the system/CRM
- Achieve daily/monthly call and lead targets
- Handle objections and rejections professionally
- Pass on qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Hindi/English or relevant languages]
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment
- Patient, polite, and customer-focused approach
