Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Update call status and follow-up details regularly.
- Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads.
- Achieve assigned calling targets.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Salary: 8000 to 12000
