Explain available services and basic eligibility information to interested clients. Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand clients’ requirements and schedule appointments with the counsellor. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. Generate and qualify leads and achieve monthly calling/conversion targets.
Build good relationships with clients through skilled and polite communication.
Requirements Good convincing and follow-up skills. Sales/customer-handling experience will be an advantage.
