About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Immigration Telecaller / Tele-Counselor to join our growing overseas consultancy team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients aspiring to study, work, or settle abroad, guiding them through basic eligibility, explaining our visa services, and booking consultations with senior immigration experts.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Connect with potential leads via outbound calling and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
- ​Explain various visa pathways (Study Visa, PR, Work Permit, Tourist Visa) for key destinations such as Canada, the UK, Australia, the US, and Europe.
- ​Assess candidates' preliminary profiles (education, work experience, language proficiency scores like IELTS/PTE) to determine eligibility.
- ​Book qualified appointments and walk-in consultations for branch visa counselors.
- ​Conduct regular, persuasive follow-ups with interested clients to resolve doubts and secure sign-ups.
- ​Log call details, client profiles, and lead stages accurately in the CRM/database.
- ​Achieve daily calling volume targets and monthly walk-in/conversion quotas.

​Required Skills & Qualifications





- ​10+2 or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- ​6 months to 2 years of proven telecalling or sales experience within the overseas education or immigration consulting industry (Strong freshers with excellent communication may be considered).
- ​Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- ​Basic understanding of overseas visa categories, points calculation systems, and English language test requirements (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL).
- ​Familiarity with lead management CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- ​Confident, convincing phone presence with solid objection-handling skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
