Role: Telecaller cum Recruiter Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with candidates and clients.

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.

- Conduct initial candidate interactions and coordinate interviews.

- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.

- Assist in lead generation , client calling , and business development activities .

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients and generate new business leads.

- Follow up on leads and help convert genuine opportunities into business.

- Achieve assigned recruitment and calling targets. ? What We’re Looking For:





- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident personality.

- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in recruitment, tele calling, HR, sales, or lead generation is preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
