We are looking for an experienced, highly responsive and target-driven Telecaller to handle qualified leads for our legal services, primarily Will drafting and registration services in the UAE.
This is not a cold-calling role. Leads will be generated and provided by the Company. Your responsibility will be to promptly contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, explain our services and process clearly, send proposals, conduct systematic follow-ups and actively work towards converting qualified leads into confirmed clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call qualified leads promptly upon receiving an enquiry.
- Understand the Company's Will drafting and registration services sufficiently to explain the service, process, timelines and pricing confidently.
- Understand the client's basic requirements and identify reliable/qualified prospects.
- Send proposals, quotations and relevant service information immediately after the call.
- Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Proactively follow up with clients who have received proposals but have not confirmed.
- Handle common client questions and objections professionally and work towards closure.
- Maintain accurate records of every call, proposal, follow-up and client status.
- Coordinate with the legal team where a prospective client requires legal clarification.
- Work towards defined lead-conversion and closure targets.
