Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Noida. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers with product information, order placement, and basic troubleshooting. Daily responsibilities include answering queries, explaining offers and promotions, recording customer feedback, and updating call details in the system.

The role also involves following up with potential customers, maintaining professional and courteous communication,



and collaborating with the sales and support teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond with accurate information.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call software, CRM tools, and data entry.
- Customer service mindset, with patience, empathy, and a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work onsite in Noida on a full-time schedule and manage high call volumes.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or call center roles is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail/e-commerce workplace and meeting performance targets.
