Call Opening Process
· Receive inbound calls from attendants and answer attendant’s questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
· Document all calls with regards to attendants inquires accurately using Call Tracking System (includes contact no, name, location, address, age, disease, pick up location, Gender, Destination etc).
Monitor Call Tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
Follow-up with attendants within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call.
· Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with attendants.
Promote positive listening skills.
· Time Management - Manage length of calls.
· Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
· Promote teamwork and call center success
Call Dispatching Process
· Selection of vehicles, code and crew member contact no based on location.
· Document all details regarding dispatch such as Case ID, Base location KM, pick up location KM, Hospital name, Patient drop KM, end KM OPD no, chargeable KM, Bill No, Amount, FOC ID details, Patient consent form no etc.)
· Route call to respective ambulance for picking up the patient and narrate the patient details.
· Ensures the concerned vehicle has returned to the base location.
· Call Follow-up ( feedback call )
· Gps Tracking
· Fuel Entry
Minimum Qualification : Graduate
Knowledge of local language (Preffered) : English, Hindi, Nepali
Typing Speed : 25 words per minute.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
