Role Description The Telecaller Associate is a full-time, work from home opportunity. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to engage potential and existing customers, explain products and offers, and address inquiries or concerns.

The Telecaller

Associate will record call details, update customer information in internal systems, and follow up on leads to support sales and customer retention targets. They will coordinate with the sales and customer service teams, adhere to call scripts and compliance guidelines,



and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service. The role also includes meeting daily and weekly call targets, reporting performance metrics, and contributing feedback to improve calling strategies and customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills in English and local languages as required.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle objections or escalations.
- Basic computer literacy, with ability to work with CRM tools, call logs, and spreadsheets.
- Sales support or telecalling experience in e-commerce, retail, or related industries is preferred.
- owning a laptop/ smartphone, stable connectivity.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in communications is an advantage.
