NO SALES JOB • NO SALES TARGETS About the Role We are looking for a Brand Relationship Manager who will act as a bridge between the brand/client and our internal team.The role is mainly about client communication, understanding requirements, coordinating with employees and getting work executed properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities Communicate with brands/clients and understand their requirements. Take requirements from clients and convert them into clear tasks for the internal team. Give proper instructions to employees and ensure work is executed correctly.

Follow up with team members and make sure tasks are completed on time. Review completed work and coordinate for corrections or improvements. Help find content references, creative ideas, reels and competitor references.

Research and shortlist relevant influencer profiles according to brand requirements. Coordinate with the influencer marketing team for influencer research and requirements. Maintain smooth communication between the client and internal team.

Keep track of pending tasks and provide regular updates to clients.



Ensure work is completed according to the brand's requirements and deadlines.

Skills Required Good communication and coordination skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Ability to understand client requirements and explain them clearly to the team. Positive research skills. Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels, influencers and social media. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs. Responsible, proactive and good at follow-ups.
