We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to interact with prospective students and parents and help them take the next step toward choosing the right creative career program.

Role Overview

This is a student-enquiry and admissions-support role.

You will speak with students who have shown interest in MAAC courses through Google, social media, website enquiries, events, college activities and other marketing campaigns.

Your objective will be to understand their interest, explain the academy and encourage qualified prospects to visit MAAC Nallagandla for career counselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students who enquire about MAAC Nallagandla courses.
- Explain courses, career opportunities, academy facilities and counselling options.
- Understand the student's education, interests and career goals.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects.
- Schedule appointments for career counselling and academy visits.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Speak professionally with students as well as parents.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM or tracking system.
- Follow up with leads according to scheduled timelines.




- Re-engage older enquiries and inactive prospects.
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and the admissions team.
- Update enquiry status and daily calling reports.
- Help achieve monthly appointment, walk-in and admissions targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional experience for every prospective student.

Language Skills Candidates who can communicate comfortably in English, Hindi and/or Telugu will be preferred.

The ability to communicate clearly and naturally with Hyderabad-based students and parents is important.
