Role Description The Tele Sales Intern role at Eazy Arts is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will engage with potential and existing customers over phone calls, explain product features, answer queries, and guide customers through the purchase process. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up on leads, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales targets set by the team.

The intern will collaborate closely with the sales and customer support teams, participate in training sessions, and share feedback from customers to help improve products and processes.



This role offers exposure to sales operations in a creative company and opportunities to develop core communication and sales skills.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally over phone calls.
- Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and support in meeting sales objectives.
- Interest or experience in Training, such as willingness to learn sales techniques and participate in skill-building sessions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools for maintaining call logs and customer information.
- Ability to work full time in office in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in working within a creative, art-focused organization.
- Prior internship or experience in tele sales or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
