Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team at Truzon Solar Company.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain solar products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Build good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in telesales or telecalling.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
