Roles and Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.

- Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using insurance products.

- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in telesales or related field (insurance industry preferred).

- Solid outbound calling skills with ability to handle rejection and objections effectively.

- Proficiency in making cold calls, handling multiple conversations simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
