As a Sales Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by pitching Apni Gaadi’s platform to potential partners and clients. Your core objective will be outbound calling, explaining our business solutions to Fleet Owners and Corporate Travel Managers, qualifying leads, and onboarding them to expand our mobility network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation &
- Outbound Pitching
- Make outbound calls to prospective Fleet Owners, Cab Vendors, and Corporate Travel Desks.
- Clearly explain the value proposition, features, and financial benefits of Apni Gaadi Mobility’s B2B platform.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate qualified leads for partnerships.
Compensation &
- Incentives
- Fixed Base Salary: As per market standards / experience.
- Performance Incentive:
Purely target-driven, credited only upon successful deal conversion & onboarding.
Required Qualifications &
- Skills
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi and functional English for effective client pitching.
- Sales &
- Negotiation: Ability to handle client objections, pitch value propositions, and close leads.
- Reliability: Punctuality and discipline to maintain daily call targets consistently.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telesales or Outbound Calling (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
