Webindia Master is looking for a confident and professional Tele-Research & Communication Executive who has excellent English communication skills and is comfortable speaking with business professionals over the phone.

This is not a high-volume calling or telesales role. The position will mainly involve online data research, identifying relevant business information, preparing prospect data, and making professional calls when required.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, presentable, and capable of communicating professionally with business owners, managers, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online research to identify companies, businesses, decision-makers, and relevant business information.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate prospect and company data.
- Use Google, company websites, LinkedIn, business directories, and other online sources for research.
- Make professional calls to selected prospects whenever required.
- Introduce the company and communicate with prospects in a clear and professional manner.
- Understand basic requirements of prospects and record the information accurately.
- Follow up with selected prospects through calls, email, or WhatsApp when required.
- Maintain research data, call records, follow-up details, and status updates in Excel/Google Sheets or internal systems.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing team for qualified leads.
- Prepare basic research reports and maintain daily work updates.

- Excellent spoken English with a professional and confident communication style.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Good online research and information-finding skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Search, MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, and internet research.
- Good listening and understanding skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally over phone and email.
- Good attention to detail while collecting and maintaining data.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
