Key Responsibilities

*Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

*Generate sales enquiries and leads

*Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers

*Maintain customer and lead databases

*Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and meetings

*Support the team in achieving business development targets

Candidate Profile

*Good communication and interpersonal skills

*Confident and qualified telephone manner

*Basic computer knowledge

*Good follow-up and convincing skills

*Positive attitude and willingness to learn

*Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing or B2B sales preferred
