About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, energetic and target-driven Sales Executives who love talking to people,

building relationships and closing deals.

You will work across Luxury Real Estate & Premium Interior Design, handling both inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads and converting them into high-value clients.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound enquiries from prospective real estate and interior design clients.
- Make outbound calls to qualified and potential leads.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences and timelines.
- Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings/site visits with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the design and sales team for smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/lead management systems.
- Build long-term relationships with HNI and premium clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Take ownership of your numbersfrom the first call to the final conversion.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of sales/calling experience.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively.




- Target-oriented and hungry to earn.
- Presentable, professional and energetic personality.
- Experience in real estate, interiors, architecture, construction, luxury products or related

industries will be an advantage. Freshers with exceptional communication and sales confidence may also be considered.
