Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain Chit Fund products, and support CRE activities such as customer follow-ups, relationship management, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.

· Explain Chit Fund schemes, benefits, and processes to customers.

· Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

· Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

· Maintain regular customer communication and relationships.

· Coordinate with the CRE/Sales team for meetings and conversions.





· Update customer details, call records, and follow-up status.

· Support customer service and basic documentation activities.

· Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

Key Skills

· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Kannada and English proficiency preferred.

· Customer-focused and positive attitude.

· Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

· Ability to achieve sales and follow-up targets.
