About the Role

Sourcelink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for making calls to potential customers/clients, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good communication with prospects.

This internship provides an opportunity to develop practical experience in telecalling, customer communication, lead generation, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate and follow up on leads through telephone calls.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.




- Follow up with interested customers and support the sales team.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; knowledge of Odia will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn sales and customer handling.
- Freshers and students looking for internship opportunities are welcome.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.

Internship Details

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Working Location: Pahala, Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Career Opportunity

After successfully completing the 3-month internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time position with Sourcelink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Selection for full-time employment will be based on the candidate's performance, communication skills, attendance, learning ability, and achievement of assigned targets during the internship.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
