Moon SEZ is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, generating leads, and maintaining strong communication with prospective and existing customers.
The candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to engage customers professionally over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offerings clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads and further follow-ups.
- Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with customers.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on call outcomes and lead status.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and customer follow-ups.
- Good listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Candidates who are comfortable working onsite from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune are preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
