Role Description The Tele caller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to inform potential clients about Samriddhi Reiki Foundation’s services, clarify offerings, and address basic queries about healing sessions and programs. Day-to-day tasks include explaining service benefits, maintaining call logs and records, updating client information in the system, and scheduling or confirming appointments. The role involves following call scripts, sharing information in a clear and empathetic manner, and coordinating with the wellness team for lead follow-up and client support.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali district,



requiring consistent presence at the foundation’s office and collaboration with the local team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit spoken English and Hindi (or local language), active listening, and the ability to explain services in a simple and respectful manner.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building skills, such as handling inquiries, managing objections politely, and maintaining a positive, empathetic tone with diverse callers.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and administrative skills, including data entry, maintaining call records, using CRM or call management tools, and organizing appointment schedules accurately.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational abilities, including working with daily call targets, prioritizing follow-up calls, and managing multiple leads efficiently.
- Candidates should possess an interest in holistic wellness or openness to learning about Reiki and energy healing, along with a professional, ethical approach to sharing wellness information.
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and willingness to be trained are encouraged to apply.
