Your primary goal will be to maximize recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Day shift / Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make 100–120 outbound calls daily to customers with outstanding payments.
- Negotiation & Recovery: Convince and negotiate with customers to secure Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments.
- CRM Data Management: Accurately update customer details,



payment tracking status, and call dispositions in the CRM tool.
- Follow-ups: Keep track of the recovery pipeline and perform timely follow-up calls on promised dates.
- Dispute Handling: Patiently resolve customer queries, billing doubts, or objections delaying the payment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele calling, Debt Collection, Customer Care, or BPO inside sales. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills can apply).
- Language: Fluent in English and [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Tamil/Kannada].
- Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with using computer systems/CRM platforms.
- Traits: Strong convincing power, stress resilience, and professional telephone etiquette.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
