We are looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Counsellor & Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, communicating with clients, providing relevant information about our services, and maintaining regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, messages, and other communication channels. Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements. Provide accurate information about our services and guide clients accordingly.

Make follow-up calls to potential and existing clients and maintain regular communication. Maintain records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups. Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a good customer experience.

Convert enquiries into potential clients through effective communication and counselling.



Coordinate with the team to ensure timely follow-up and proper handling of client cases. Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and customer conversion targets.

Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive command of spoken and written English. Confident and professional telephone manner. Previous experience in customer dealing, counselling, telecalling, sales, or a similar role is preferred. Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
