Position: Telecaller / Patient Counsellor
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients regarding IVF and fertility treatment.
- Counsel patients and couples about IVF procedures, consultations, and available treatment options.
- Understand patient requirements, answer basic queries, and provide accurate information about the centre and consultation process.
- Convince and motivate interested patients to visit the IVF centre for consultation with the doctor.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper patient communication.
- Coordinate doctor calling/appointments and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and patient responses.
- Build a professional and empathetic relationship with patients while maintaining confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the IVF/clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- English communication preferred.
- Smart, confident, presentable, and skilled personality.
- Good interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare, hospital, IVF, fertility, patient counselling, or sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
