Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Kompally.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound calls to farmers, distributors, and retail partners to share product information, explain benefits, and respond to basic queries about seeds, pesticides, and micro-nutrients. The role involves following call scripts, maintaining accurate records of conversations in the system, and updating customer details after each interaction.

Caller will also support lead generation, schedule follow-up calls or visits for the sales team, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. Collaboration with sales, marketing,



and customer support teams is expected to ensure consistent communication and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in a professional phone environment, with clear and respectful customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge or interest in agriculture, seeds, pesticides, and micro-nutrients, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to maintain accurate call logs, update customer databases, and follow structured call scripts or guidelines.
- Sales or customer service aptitude, including handling objections, identifying opportunities, and building rapport over the phone.
- Comfort working with basic computer tools and CRM or call-tracking software.
- Ability to work in office in Kompally, manage time effectively, and meet daily or weekly call and follow-up targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in agriculture, business, or a related field is a plus.
