- Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per given data
- Explain company services/products clearly
- Generate leads and fix appointments for sales team
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain proper call records and daily reports
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Skills Required:
- Positive communication skills (Hindi / Odia)
- Confident and polite speaking skills
- Basic knowledge of mobile/CRM usage
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
