Role & responsibilities

- Create accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures based on approved drawings.

- Prepare GA drawings, assembly drawings, single-part drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.

- Perform model checking, clash detection, coordination, and quality control to identify errors and conflicts.

- Prepare fabrication data as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with structural engineers.

- Review engineering revisions and update the model and drawings accordingly.

- Raise RFIs for missing, conflicting, or unclear design information.

- Ensure proper numbering, revision control, drawing standards, and project specifications.

- Support fabrication and erection teams by resolving technical and detailing queries.

- Complete assigned modeling and detailing work within project schedules and quality requirements.
