Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and provide proper information.

- Attend customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.

- Make follow-up calls to customers regarding enquiries, bookings, and deliveries.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for customer requirements.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

- Take customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.

- Inform customers about service schedules, offers, and important updates.

- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Requirements

- 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship/CRE role,



preferably in automobile industry.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
