Role Description The Technology Officer at KATCH GO will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for the company. This full time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the ticketing platform, POS systems, and related infrastructure.

Daily responsibilities include aligning IT initiatives with business goals, managing technology projects end-to-end, coordinating with product, operations, and business teams, and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability.

The Technology

Officer will evaluate and implement new tools and technologies, guide integration with payment gateways and data analytics platforms, and establish best practices for documentation, testing, and deployment.



This role also includes building and mentoring a high-performing technology team and collaborating with leadership on long-term product and growth roadmaps.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose technical issues, and support strategic decision-making.
- Robust Information Technology knowledge, including system architecture, cloud services, software development practices, and cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in IT Strategy, with the ability to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and operational needs.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Solid grasp of Business Strategy, especially in technology-driven products, digital payments, or transportation solutions.
- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
- Background in SaaS or platform-based products, ideally in mobility, logistics, or fintech, is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with stakeholders from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
