Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Explain the company's products and services clearly.

- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and increase conversions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM/system.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

- Ability to convince customers and handle objections professionally.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional language is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
