Job Title: Technician Supervisor – Furniture Hardware

Salary: 30k per month

We are looking for an experienced Technician Supervisor – Furniture Hardware to supervise and coordinate furniture hardware installation and service activities.

Responsibilities:-

- Supervise and coordinate technicians involved in furniture hardware installation and fitting.
- Oversee the installation of hinges, drawer channels, locks, handles, profiles, and other modern hardware fittings.
- Supervise the assembly and installation of modular furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, and kitchen units.
- Ensure accurate measurement, alignment, fitting, and proper functioning of all hardware.
- Inspect completed installation work and ensure quality finishing and workmanship.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate the repair or replacement of damaged or faulty hardware.
- Read and understand furniture drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with customers, site teams, sales teams, and other departments regarding installation requirements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.




- Train and guide junior technicians on proper installation methods and safety practices.
- Maintain records of site work, materials used, service requirements, and completed installations.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:-

- ITI/Diploma required.
- Previous experience as a Furniture Hardware Technician, Senior Technician, Furniture Installer, or Technician Supervisor.
- Hettich, Godrej, Kesseböhmer and other brand knowledge and experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of furniture hardware and installation techniques.
- Experience in supervising technicians or handling installation teams.
- Ability to read furniture drawings and understand measurements.
- Good knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Robust measurement, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site assignments.
- Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
