Role Overview

Rita Suzuki is seeking a dedicated and skill-oriented Mechanical Technician to join our service team at Panchmahala, Angul. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Maruti Suzuki vehicles according to standard dealership procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Routine Maintenance: Execute periodic maintenance services (PMS), oil changes, fluid top-ups, filter replacements, and general vehicle check-ups.
- Diagnosis & Repair: Identify mechanical, engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and steering issues using standard diagnostic tools and manuals.
- Component Overhaul: Repair or replace defective engine parts, brake pads, suspension components, clutch assemblies, and exhaust systems.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct pre-delivery and post-service road tests to ensure all repairs meet safety and quality guidelines.
- Shop Floor Safety:



Maintain clean, safe working equipment and follow dealership workshop safety protocols at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately record performed services, replaced parts, and repair recommendations on work orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: ITI in Fitter, Mechanic Motor Vehicle (MMV), Diesel Mechanic, OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in automobile repair/servicing (Prior Maruti Suzuki or four-wheeler dealership experience is a strong plus).
- Technical Aptitude: Strong basic understanding of automobile mechanical systems, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical faults efficiently.
- Key Traits: Punctual, detail-oriented, hard-working, and eager to learn updated automotive technologies.
