Job Role & responsibilities:-

- Identify fields required to be migrated

- Understand the validation in place / needed to be in place for this Customer data

- Review the quality of this data understand what needs to be fixed (& what does not) at source & target platforms

- Working with key business SMEs, develop solutions to transform the Crest data from old world to new Salesforce and gain agreement to do so

- Work with technical teams to develop solutions to the above what can be fixed programmatically / what requires manual fix (membership teams to actually call the Customer)

Experience required:-

- Experience of working in discovery

- Crest and Salesforce knowledge desirable

- Health Domain Knowledge

- Systems analysis desirable

- Product lifecycle

- Sound BA skills

- Positive communication skills

- Product ways of working

- Experience of working in discovery and being able to think at macro level and macro level

- Proactivity in managing the workload

- Systems analysis desirable
