Technician – Hardware
Experience: 1–3 Years.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Technician to support PCB assembly, soldering, cable harnessing, hardware testing, mechanical assembly, 3D printing, troubleshooting, and prototype development in our R&D; lab.
Key Responsibilities
- PCB soldering, assembly, inspection, repair, and rework.
- Cable harness assembly, crimping, shielding, and connector termination.
- Work with USB 2.0/3.0, JST, I-PEX and similar connectors.
- Electronic and mechanical assembly as per drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.
- 3D printing, slicing, and post-processing.
- Test and troubleshoot hardware using Multimeter, CRO/Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, and DC Power Supply.
- Support camera, gimbal, embedded hardware, and prototype testing.
- Maintain components, tools, inventory, and test/assembly documentation.
- Follow ESD, IPC, quality,
and safety procedures.
Required Skills
- PCB soldering and basic rework.
- Cable harnessing and crimping.
- USB 2.0/3.0 assembly and troubleshooting.
- Basic electronics and hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic test equipment operation.
- Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Basic mechanical assembly and 3D printing knowledge.
- Valuable documentation and communication skills.
Education: B.Tech/Diploma / ITI – Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
