We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer to deliver industry-oriented technical training to college students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging technical and programming training to college students.
- Conduct practical, hands-on coding sessions and activities.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students and support their technical skill development.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or a related field .
- Robust knowledge of C, C++, Python, Java, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) .
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring college students.
